You're in charge.  And when you talk, the kids are listening.  This conference, intended for Jewish youth professionals in both single sex and co-ed settings, will provide a chance to reflect on your unique position in the lives of the youth you serve, and you'll understand how raising your own strong voice can help girls and boys to find their own.

Sessions include:

*a panel featuring Ma'yan's Research Training Interns, Jewish girls from New York-area high schools, who will report findings from their survey of Jewish teen girls.

*a keynote address from Dr. Catherine Steiner-Adair, Psychologist, school consultant, and internationally recognized expert in the areas of girls' development and eating disorders.

*interactive workshops on issues related to gender and Jewish teen programming.
