That's Not Fair! --a performance by the Ma'yan Political Theater Apprentices -- opened Tuesday, April 13th and by all accounts it was a smash hit! Check out this review of the opening performance.

Daring to go where few have gone before, eight NYC Jewish teen girls attempt to rouse you from your slumber with espionage, tiny chairs, Jewish history, a magical handbag and the bitter truth about race, class, and gender oppression! Prepare to be dazzled and agitated and inspired with to create change!

Led by puppeteer, performer and director Jenny Romaine, the teens in this political theater apprenticeship have been part of every phase of production from designing and building, to researching, analyzing, scripting, rehearsing and performing.

We are now looking forward to taking the show on the road to Prozdor Community High School and East End Temple in Manhattan, Bellerose Jewish Center in Queens,  and Congregation Kolot Chayeinu and Congregation Beth Elohim in Brooklyn.
